Keeping it Organized.

During my time as the Catering Specialist at Chick-fil-a, one of my jobs was to put together a catering team and train them on how to receive orders, put them together, and deliver them. One of their popular items guests order for catering included “boxed meals” which consisted of an entree, 1 or 2 sides, and a dessert. Corporate did not have a chart listing everything the store offered for the boxed meals, so I created one myself. I used this chart as a guideline for my catering team to follow when putting together boxed meals for an order.
