The “Green Umbrella Cafe” was another company I created for an assignment while enrolled at Virginia Western. My vision for this company was to have a cafe that was entirely vegan. I live in Salem, Virginia and there are no restaurants in the area that are purely vegan, which is how I came up with the idea.
